We have sold on Groopdealz for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems.  Starting April 2018, the company hasn't paid us on time, after the deals have completed and tracking showing "delivered."  We emailed customer service and were passed along to Holly in Accounting.  Holly apparently is the COO of the company, ignored all our emails.  We had to then emailed "accounting", who also ignored us for a week at a time.  When they did respond, they advised us to see an attachment that couldn't OPEN.  Then they ignored us again for weeks.

Their excuse to another seller's review here is that they switched to Dwolla and blamed Dwolla for the auto-pay that they cannot control.  That is not the case. Jane also uses Dwolla, but noone has a problem with Jane.

We have an email screen shot from Holly that the funds should be direct deposited and Dwolla is not involved.

*** Do not sell with Groopdealz!  Unless you have time to chase them for your money when you shouldn't have.  Their business only exists because of sellers like US.  They do not put out $ for inventory nor hold inventory nor put in the leg work of shipping the products to consumers.  They are just a third party who already has a smaller customer base compared to Ebay and Amazon and Jane, who never rips off their sellers.

Use them if you want to get rid of excess inventory and don't care when you will see your money. And their traffic is not that great to make it worth while having to go through the trouble.
