GUALDELUPE SANCHEZ LUPE SANCHEZ ON 8-27-2015 FILED POLICE REPORT No. 15-08-0944 W/Orange, CA Police Dept. Crime Type PC/87 GRAND THEFT.For work 8/05 to 8/25/15 I paid him $2460. During that time he stole my master keys, auto keys, Hewelry totaling $5000., Clothing, Antiques, Credit Cards, Bk. Stmts., my personal/financial information, electronic equip. kitchen ware, paint/bldg. supplies, tools, tax records, oven ware, seckurity system still in box from Simply-safe, and Disney prints.I estimate the approx. total of the Theft to be $10,000. Between dates of 8/5/and 8/25/2015, Gualdelupe Sanchez of Westimister Calif. AKA Lupe Sanchez stole from me the following: Jewelry worth approx $5,000, antique figurines, expensime Clothing, 5 rings containing real gem stones, a real pearl cluster ring, 2, carot sphsire, 2-carot emerald ring, gold wedding ring set, real pearl bracklets, necklaces, 1-2 inch 22 carot gold double link necklace, kitchen ware still new in box, glass bowls, computer electroni gear, paint and building supplies, plumbing tools, rachet sets, took my set of Master Keys containing all keys to house, auto and rental property.
My Banking information, credit cards, social security No. and Driver's Lic. Information, Passwords to my accounts, Some of my Tax Return information and data for years 2014, and 2015 cancelled checks and bank statements. My Birth certificate, and any other personal information that he thought could be used to his benefit. I paid him $2460. for his services dating from 8/5/ to 8/25/2015 on whick day I fired him . I filed Police Report No.15-08-0944 with Orange, Ca. Police Dept. on 8-27-2015 when It became apparant of what he had taken. Crime Tyjpe of Report : PC /87 Grant Theft. One of his vehivles he drives is a RED Hatchback 4 door, LIC # 4G(((redacted))), His other vehicle is a 1990"s 2 door grey 1/2 ton pick up truck. Hes is Hispanic , 5' 9" tall approx 200 Lbs. with black short cropped hair and brown eyes. Said he could not see out of his left because of being burned two years ago in an explosion. He has a burn scar on his upper right arm. fOR ME The dollar loss by trusting him amounts to at least $10,000. PEOPLE BEWARE OF TRUSTING THIS PERSON. HE MUST BE CONNECTED TO AN ESTABLISHED THEFT RING.
