We were contacted by Gustavo Ruiz via Thumbtack in our efforts to get some trees trimmed. After agreeing upon an estimate we were given a contract with 50% payment upfront. The contract included an AZ ROC # so he appeared legitimate. Gustavo cashed the check and never showed up for the job and only answers if we call from a number he hasn't seen before but then hangs up also. After researching the license number it appears he is fraudulently using another companies number. We have now found several business names he has changed from so assume it will again but still uses same name of Gustavo Ruiz.
