Complaint Review: H2O Wireless - Locus Communications New York - Fort Lee New Jersey

1. Unauthorized (changes made by H2O!) to my recharge account settings – which have been the same since 2014? 2. Why is there no transaction records available? Looked at 6, 12, and 18 months - no records. 3. Low balance not being reported? 4. New website defaults to $100 PER MONTH AUTO-RECHARGE - almost missed it. H2O will not refund any errors. 5. "Mario" took 20 minutes to verify my account and then did not answer anything except with the "sorry" canned response. 6. H2O refuses (in writing) to turn over transactional records regarding the what numbers are inbound, outbound or data such as text. The app does not provide and options.
