I purchased a HAAN VersaSteam Pro Steam Cleaner, model #BS-20Q, BS-20QS with accessory package, from QVC the middle of last year. The machine has never worked. It is past time for me to return the machine to QVC.
I have called the HAAN corporation, #1-877-422-6347, left messages, several times, but received no response.
I have emailed them, @ www.HAANusa.com, but received no response.
I lhave emailed them, @ [email protected]/[email protected], but server was unknown and the email was underliverable.
Am I out a loss with this purchase?? Or can you help me??
