Absolutely agree with you like I stated I am not discriminating against this bracket as stated this bracket are extremely hard to deal with in that kind of business because they just do not listen.

The question is have the persons in this PARTICULAR complaint industry been victimized or have they not conducted them selves in a manner for the companies to truly be able to help them?

The consumer suggestion I made was more directed as a wake up call.

As the editor states here they do not have the education or vocabulary to express themselves.. This is where the problem stems they are so busy pointing and accusing the agencies for their down falls they would rather scream money back, get violent and angry than admit its because of the way they act or say to an agent look I am having difficulties no one will
rent to me, please tell me your honest opinion of what I should do to get a home is there something I am doing wrong?

The fact of the matter is they just do not do this because they refuse to believe they are doing anything wrong, the majority of them think they can just talk like they are in the playground and get aggressive and that will make things happen for them.. IT WILL NOT WORK the agencies send them out to enough homes its the landlords that just will not rent to them, that is not the agencies fault.

These companies do not want you hovering around for months acting mean NOTHING would please the companies more and help the companies more than if you rented a home. That is the whole idea get the fee get you a home and move you along the longer you hang around the more it costs the companies to service you, businesses do not run on air.

If this bracket of people want to get anywhere in life and improve their lifestyle and have an easier way of life someone has to tell them for their own sake and benefit to pull their soaks up and smarten up their act they will be happier at the end of the day.

If you are just going to sugar coat everything and respectively towards your opinion Mr. Editor state that these people do not have the education that's why they have difficulties, this bracket of people are just going to hold on to that and say "Yeh that's right" and stay just the same.

Ask your self a question if these rental businesses are so bad WHY is it mainly the lower class bracket that have such difficulties you rarely hear a complaint from any polite presentable type people of ANY class bracket.

If these people really want to have an easier life they have to learn to communicate and dress more presentably when trying to achieve something take a look at your selves in the mirror and say if I was a landlord would I rent to me?

Most of them turn up wearing gang colors with dozens of kids on tow... Tone It Down... Landlords are not impressed by this they are intimidated by it and the first thing they think is can this person pay the rent? 2nd thing they think what happens if they do not pay I would be scared to ask for it.

These companies cannot help anyone that will not help themselves, there is nothing wrong with improving your self, manners are cheap in fact they are free!.

Rebuttal:
I rest my case this is the level of intelligence that these agencies deal with that request refunds, the hardest portion of consumers to place are the non understanding, un-educated, finger pointing, non caring, aggressive lower class bracket.

I am not stating they should be discriminated against a small portion are actually polite and willing to be helped.
It is nothing personal these companies do attempt to help them but it can be very difficult talking to a big mouth brick wall that has all the charm of an un-flushed toilet.

I am purely stating they are extremely hard to place and deal with, they do not understand the concept of appearance and general manners and their applications are filled with spelling mistakes thus putting the landlords of and generally intimidating the landlords with their thug like attitude
and misunderstanding of how to act when approaching home owners.

They allow there kids to run like little lunatics through the houses rubbing their sticky sweet filled little hands all over the landlords pride and joy walls ending with an "I will let you know" from the landlord of course right after they leave the landlord greets the next potential renter Mr. & Mrs. Educated with well behaved Timmy, guess who gets the home.

Meanwhile Mrs. Thug and Thug Junior are heading straight back to the rental agency to b***h of some more that they cant find nothing "WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW what do you mean you do not have it I left cash here a month ago where is it" !!
Off course the agency at this point has to break out the Old Webster's Dictionary THUG to ENGLISH ENGLISH to THUG because the client refuses to listen or understand any intelligent response or offer of assistance.

What ever agreement you signed obviously outlined refund policies by the sounds of it not only did you probably not follow them judging by your comment you did not care about the policies.

Best thing to do would be to ask other customers if they are having problems if they say yes look at their appearance I guarantee they are not decently dressed and well spoken.

If you want to be successful going through an agency you have to dress to impress and conduct yourself in an intelligent manner when dealing with landlords, leave the screaming brats at home, landlords think their importance is one notch under the Presidents their shack they think is a castle so just play their game and you will find getting a home is easy.

I would like to point out that individuals, real people come here for an outlet. They have been victimized. Often they are in an emotional state, and sometimes do not have the education or vocabulary to adequately express themselves.
