What do you mean "they had chosen"? Who was buying the car -you or them? If you wanted a 2007 Versa or Sentra why didn't you buy one? Financing is better on new cars anyway. You were a victim of the famous scam that allows you to drive away without secure financing. You should have left the truck there until financing was approved. This procedure is illegal in a number of states. It isn't your fault. If you had a firm contract that stated that NMAC had financed your vehicle then you are in the right in my opinion. Contact a lawyer and forget Consumers Affairs and the BBB.
