Han Nara enterprises Aggie Choi Didn’t pay commissions! Never paid spiffs on tempurpedic mattresses San Angelo Texas
They don’t care about their employees. Every time you sell a Tempur-pedic mattress after it gets delivered you were supposed to get a spiff check as long as you did not go over 36 months financing and give over $300 worth of discounts or free stuff. I have probably sold about 20 Tempur-pedic mattresses I’ve gotten one spiff. Temper send the money to the choice and they are supposed to give us the check and I’ve received one. I started asking about my money why my checks were not right on commissions I told Them I need to know where My money was where I was going to have to quit. The regional manager and Mrs. Choi both asked me not to quit because I was a top brighter I told him I had to think about it he told me to text him and let him know if I was going to go in so I did and I said can you ask Mrs. Choi when I should be expecting my check not even five minutes later they called me and said they decided to go in a different direction they were letting me go. My last check I had just signed a time card I had seen my delivered sales I should’ve had a $2000 check they paid me $13.22.
They kept the money for my commissions they only about $6000 and spiff checks. I’ve had $527,000 in the livered sales since January and yet I’ve only made $16,000 I should have made over 30k with my protection plans being at 15% commission. They house your sales so they don’t have to pay you over any little thing even if it’s not your fault they don’t ask you or try to fix it they find reasons why not to give you bonuses they’ll put little stipulations in there. They came in just fired our manager fired our CSR’s they shredded time cards so that one CSR can get her paycheck she were tons of overtime because she was the only one for a while and they fired her because she said she was a no call no show and her grandpa had died they didn’t give the manager they had fired time to tell them that. So they shredded the time cards and didn’t even send her a check. . They all customers trips to Vegas and grills as part of their promotion and many customers have not gotten either one and they shredded all the original invoices as well. They are crooks and I need my money! Worst company I’ve ever worked for

I also found out that the reason they called and let me go instead of me quitting was because if I had quit they had to pay me commissions on furniture delivered up to 20 days after I quit! If the terminate you they don’t have to pay you your commissions! What sorry people they are! I just want to know how they find people as sorry has them to hire to have in corporate! There was only one corporate manager that really cared about the employees and he fought Mrs. Choi to make sure she didn’t screw anyone else over! He had quit a few years back and she asked him to come back to work for her and he quit about 2 months ago and that’s when crap started falling apart again and everyone was started getting fired and screwed out of their money again!
I hope once and for all justice is served for Aggie Choi! I say just her because her husband just does what she tells him! They made new tags and marked some up 75% which they call those the blue tags and we were suppose to tell the customers we could take up to 30% off those then they have orange tags which are the regular prices of the furniture but we had to tell customers they were already marked down 50%. They are the only franchise of Ashley furniture that does that! Prices are outrageges! I honestly don’t know how she sleeps at night and how the stupid people she has working under her that are just as horrible and greedy sleep at night either! I hope once and for all they are put out of business! I hate to be this way! I Know it’s not very Christian but they shouldn’t be allowed to hurt people like they do!
