On November 26, 1999 I ordered a product from Handspring.com on the internet. Because this was a Christmas gift for my husband. My brother put this on his credit card so my husband wouldn't see it on our statements. In December my brother sent me a copy of the bill and I payed him the full $191.00. Including "express shipping" By the end of December I still did not receive the product and called the company. The sales person said it would be here soon. I gave the company extra time considering the holiday overflow of orders. By January 6, 2000 I had not received the product and called the company again. Keep in mind that each call to the company left me waiting on hold for over 40 minutes until a sales representative answered. I spoke to a sales rep named Nick on January 6 and after giving him all the information including the charge info from the credit card he assured me that the product would be here in 5 days. On January 12, I still had not received the product and attempted to call the company and talk to a supervisor. After being on hold for 50 minutes a sales rep answered, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none available. I left my name and number with the representative who told me there was no garuntee that a supervisor would be calling me back. I am disgusted with this company. I am frustrated because after paying for the item and not receiving it after 7 1/2 weeks I would at least expect to be able to get an explanation from a supervisor. I feel that I have been mis treated by this company and action should be taken towards them. Please note that the company does not give an adress to contact them so I can only include the telephone number. Thank You
