Happy K9 Dog Wash Groomer, dog wash, dog park Fort worth Texas
I took my dog to this facility and requested full service grooming. When I picked her up she looked terrible and her nails were barely trimmed, her ears were chopped way to short, the cut was uneven, she has fleas, etc etc. bottom line, the person who groomed her obviously did not know what she was doing. I was charged $54 and I asked to speak to the owner. The manager, "Melissa" told me that she would ask the owner to call me but she never has called. I filed a complaint through the websight and still never heard from anyone. I called the store back and Melissa told me that the owner is not interested in calling me back and is not interested in helping me and hopes I find another groomer! I can't believe it! I was totally ripped off! I told her I would be contacting the BBB and she said "good luck with that"!
