PayPal Scam ~ Chain Letter
Pay Pal a wonderful online money transfer service offers people 5.00 to open an account with them. They are great and they help myself and others earn a living legally with online auctions and the such. These fellows have found a way to scam paypal and unknowing others into giving them their free 5.00 sign up credit, then claiming that it is all legal because you are buying into their mailing list. How sad that they could not use their creativity to make a real difference in the world. h*o this is not really creative, I am being sarcastic, as this is one of the age old scams, the chain letter. This person is probably the same last two people on the list as well. His name will never switch he will always get the first dip into the bag. Sad and scary.

I can't believe it's still running. I can only hope that it's not the same person running it. Pyramids are illegal and this one is too, but it won't break the usual postal laws because it's all online. The fraudster running it will claim no one in the pyramid loses money because it's all coming from PayPal...well not all of it does. I hope that PayPal isn't allowing this type of thing to continue because they benefit with more members. Increased members means a more valuable company. The Fraud Chick
