I ordered 3 basketball uniforms from this company adult medium. The uniforms came three weeks late and were miniature and poor quality. The shorts they sent me were smaller than my boxers even though I used their own sizing page to choose the sizes. It looks like they sent me toddler medium shorts! This company is obviously trying to save money by conserving materials and making their uniforms tiny. They need to stop misrepresenting their uniforms and start making quality uniforms. I paid good money only to have my team waste their season without uniforms and after the long wait receive trash by this company. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HARDKOR-SPORTS.COM !!!

Never had a problem with HardKor Sports

I have never had a problem with HardKor Sports. I've ordered various uniforms, and most recently t-shirts, from them over the past three years. They usually send everything within two weeks of ordering and I have found their products to be of similar or higher quality to anything in locally. I've never had an issue with products not being true to size and I wear an XL or an XXL.

Third posting to this invalid claim.

This is my third posting regarding this claim that this customer has made. I've read your policies regarding postings and understand your point about not removing reports and your reference about evidence being part of a lawsuit being available as a public record. However, you are providing a completely biased viewpoint. You post the headline of the complaint in big bold sensational red lettering, the entire body of the complaint verbatim and list the consumer as anonomous showing only their state. Then you post a 7 word paraprased response of our very thorough rebuttal and all of our contact information. Your website doesn't represent free speech if you only tell one side of the story then edit the other side. On your website you state - "To be clear, all of the reports and rebuttals on the Ripoff Report have been authored by our users, not by us." Not true. You edited my rebuttal and gave a one line 7 word response in your words not mine. To say your site promotes free speech and an open forum for consumers and business is a joke. You're providing a one-way soap box for people to take out their frustrations against those who can't defend themselves on the same level. This may seem just and fair if you represent yourself as defending the little guy against the big, bad corporation. However, we're not all big, bad corporations. And there is one tenant that holds true is that we are innocent until proven guilty. Your website doesn't hold that truth to be self evident. You act as judge and jury when you only provide one side of the story. I also question your motives. This complaint was posted on 10/30 at 2:16pm and the next day at 7:07am I received an email trying to sell me a service to have my report removed for $99.00. Funny thing is that I got this complaint before I was even notified that a complaint had been filed by ripoffreport.com. Then I looked up your company and this other company on whois and you're both in Arizona, using PO Boxes about 19 minutes apart from each other. Just a coincidence? Perhaps. Circumstantial evidence? Yes. If I was to conclude that you are using your business as a front to extort companies based on this evidence you would say this is unfair, unjust and unproven. However, this is exactly the situation you have put us in. This is vigilante justice with no regard for fairness or law. I don't expect at this point you would consider changing your policies but I would appreciate a response. Now who should I contact to register a compaint against ripoffreport.com? I notice that they seem to be conveniently missing from your website. Wow, how completely unbiased of you not to subject your own company to critisism on your website. Another fine example of your idea of law. I will be persuing other avenues to have this false complaint removed unless you're willing to give equal attention to my previous rebuttal and not just a 7 word paraphrased response. -James Vanson HK Sports

This customer has filed a false complaint

I see that this complaint is still posted on your website. We sent this customer the sizes of uniforms he ordered. He claimed that they were purposely made smaller. That we were intentionally "making the uniforms smaller to save money on materials". The fact is we purchase our uniforms from Teamwork Athletic Apparel in San Marcos California who's been in business for nearly 50 years. We've sold hundreds of this particular jersey since 2000 and had no complaints. They are made in the USA and cut in US Sizes. Our sizes are posted on our sizing chart. When we received the return we measured them to make sure there wasn't a labelling error. There wasn't. We sent him what he ordered and what was described on our website. Due to the fact that we do make customized garments we try very hard to be clear and consise as to what the customer is getting. We cannot use returned customized items and would have to take a loss. We did immediatly refund for the shorts since they weren't customized. This customer ordered adult mediums for athletic young adults as he stated between 6'2 and 6'4" in height. These are 38-40" chest size and 32-34" waist size. If they don't fit it was because he ordered the wrong size. I believe the customer realized the mistake and that our return policy was clear. So then he actually filed a claim with Paypal prior to even trying to contact us. Paypal rejected his claim within an hour. He's since been trying everything he possibly could do to bully and intimidate us into refunding his money. Mr. Sandoval should have contacted us in the first place and we could have worked something out. The fact is that he is trying to destroy our good reputation and name that we have spent years and thousands of dollars to build. And why? Because he didn't get his way. I can submit any information you would require to have this record stricken. I understand the need for your website and its value. However if any anonymous person can us it for his personal vendetta against a business then post all that businesses contact information then i would have to guess that it's not serving the purpose intended. We are not a ripoff company. We do not falsely advertise our sizes, return policies or products. We do not sell jerseys that are smaller than our sizing chart to save money on materials. This is a ridiculous claim. What would be the point. Just to piss off customers? To lose business? We have a 30% repeat business which is very high for an internet only company that sells a specialty product. We were featured in wwf Kids Magazine in their debut issue in August 2008. We have received hundreds of testimonials over the years. some of which we post online http://www.hksportswear.com/testimonials.html We have processed $50,877.22 in Paypal payments since 2005. We have only had 11 complaints ever filed of 820 of transactions. They have all been resolved in a timely manner. That's less than 1% Our sizing chart is here http://www.hksportswear.com/frm-sizing.html Here's our shipping info http://www.hksportswear.com/frm-shipinfo.html Here's our return policy http://www.hksportswear.com/frm-terms.html If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Customer Should read instructions and not blame others for his mistakes

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Customer claims that we sent him uniforms that weren't sized correctly. We sent him the sizes he ordered. Rather than contact us directly and try to work it out a solution he realized his mistake and tried to file a claim for a refund with Paypal which Paypal rejected for obvious reasons. Our sizing chart is on our website and we sent him the size he ordered. He admittedly said he ordered adult mediums for his players who were as tall as 6'4". If you think a 30" waist and 38" chest will fit an athlete who's 6'4" you're mistaken. He said he was taunted and ridiculed by his players - It seems like this is a matter of being embarresed for making a mistake and trying to assign blame - own your mistakes. If you can't take a few good natured taunts from 18 year old boys then perhaps you're in the wrong business. Don't blame others for your mistake and by all means don't try to destroy their good reputation when you don't get your way. We refunded the money for the shorts but our policy is that we do not refund for customized apparel for reasons other than error on our part or a flaw in the materials and workmanship. We've been selling these uniforms for years. They're made by Teamwork athletic apparel and made inthe USA. Of the hundreds of customers who've ordered this style alone this is the first time we've received a sizing complaint.
