Hartford Scientific I ordered a sample and received that, but then received another ordered that was never ordered by me and charged my credit card 94.99 Martinez Georgia

I ordered a trial size face cream from the company where I only paid for shipping of 4.95. I received the product. The next month I received another shipment of face cream only I didn't order it and was charged 94.99. I have tried to contact them by email and the company has not responded back to me.
