Harvey Rentals Is a bad place to rent Anchorage Alaska
I’m writing this report to explain the problems and issues at this place: I was looking for a place to live, and I found this place. I move to one of this apartments, since the advertisement said that the managers live in one of the apartments. Living there I founded this place is like living in hell, THE MANAGERS LOOKS CRIPPLE. They always in other tenants business, always looking and walking around the apartments looking through the windows, making you feel uncomfortable. They usually barbecuing everyday all the smoke goes to several apartments tenants can’t even open doors or windows it is so annoying. They have two kids they always “playing” but mostly crying and screaming, running the stairs and all over the parking lot several times, they lefted bikes and other toys in the parking lot. This couple are cripple, they guy is totally mean, guy with piercings and tattoos totally wired person. The lady always watching out. If I said they live there, is like literally they don’t go anywhere, always with there curtains open, watching who’s coming or who’s leaving. This lady times the tenants every time they go to the laundry room. I said that she is always watching because at 9:30 pm she kicks tenants from the laundry room no matter if you clothes still wet. This place is like leaving in hell. They are always checking the tenants, no privacy at all. Talking about the guy manager he had a very loud car. He likes to push the gas so bad late at night time, closing there doors so bad waking up everybody.
I am writing this comment, since I can’t find the real owners from this place. I don’t recommend this place at all. I am so glad I moved from that hell place. Another thing they make me wait for long time to get my deposit, which is totally a waste of my time. I went there several times and I knew they was there, but they never open the door finally one day they did.
