Thank you Tammy who is Haynes' representative. She went beyond the call of duty and today the fabric off all the cushions have been replaced with brand new ones! I thank you so much for doing this for me. Haynes does try to resolve issues and if you have not been able to get satisfaction then you are talking to the wrong person. You want to speak to Tammy. 1/6/05 I would like to report that Tammy from Haynes furniture has been in touch with me and has found out that my fabric on the cushions is still in stock and Haynes promises to absorb the cost in having this situation rectified. I thank Tammy for getting back to me in a timely fashion and for helping to fix this emotional situation for me. I will report back when this has been completed.
