I answered an ad on backpage.com and received a letter back from this so called company to stuff envelopes for them. They claim that for every 250 stuffed, they'd pay $4.00 each for them or $1,000 per 250, no limit on how many you could stuff. They also are claiming that there is a $300.00 signing bonus, you'd be paid in advance for the envelopes stuffed (being sent $1,000.00 and the bonus with the initial order).
I filled out the order form, wrote out the check (now only asking for $24.00) and then decided to run a search on Ask.com. It led me straight to your website showing the scam. Thankfully, I hadn't mailed my $24.00 in yet so I feel blessed I didn't get scammed yet a second time by one of the "work at home companies".
I intend to write them a letter, give them the URL on their so called company with your Rip-Off Report.com address and I'd also like to know where I may post this as well as any other ripoff scams like this on the net to help put a stop to these people.
