Headwind Media Inc CMI Exclusive MO Fee CMI Ripped me off through my phone bill as a third party billing. I have no idea who they are or what they do but I sure know I did not subscribe to anything by this name. Jupiter, Florida
This is the 3rd time my phone bill has been charged by a Third Party for something that I did not authorize. You might think I should be calling the phone company, believe me I have. All the previous charges have been refunded but that is not the point. WHY and HOW do these people still manage to put these charges on your bill when you did not authorize them? AND when you call the company named on the bill and speak to a rep. THEY INSIST that you did authorize the charge.
One case was for an unlimited long distance service.....but I already had unlimited long distance with my phone company. Again they insisted that I authorized the second monthly unlimited long distance service. Like I needed TWO!
ANOTHER was UnitedTel.....again I have no clue what service they provide. But if you go on the internet you can see that several other people have complained that you don't get anything for their $14.95 monthly charge.
Now this one for $20 a month is by Headwind Media Inc CMI Exclusive. Again, no clue who they are or what they do and I did not authorize this monthly service charge to be added to my phone bill.
I have looked again on the internet and this company is listed many times as a rip off and are known for doing this to many other people.
I am sick and tired of every month opening my phone bill and having to call them to remove yet another fee imposed upon me by some rip off artist just sitting back raking in his ill(egal) gotten gains.
