Headwinds Media some how got hold of my information and then charged not MY Verizon account, but my parents account. My mother noticed this charge, and contacted the service, and was surprised to hear that I had authorized the charge.
I'm not sure how they received my information in the first place. More importantly though, how are they able to simply charge someones account, especially when the person who "authorized" the charge isn't named anywhere on the account?
