I ordered unlimited download for a $1.00 over the weekend in January 2006. But when I looked on my bank account there was $59.95 taken out so I cancelled it and they told me it would take 15-20 days to get back into my account. So I waited and after 25 days I called them back and they said it would take 20-25 days for the money to get back into my account and,so I waited for the days and it still wasn't in there. So I called back and they told me they had technical difficulties but they would send a request to the billing department so they would put the money back into my account.

I called them everyday for about 2 weeks and asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they didn't have one. So I asked to speak to the billing department and they told me I couldn't and they asked me the problem and they sent a request over.

I tld them that this is a scam and I will find a way to shut them down and they told that I had everyy right to do that but they said it wasn't a scam.

I called back a couple days later and they said I did cancel my subscription on January 19,2006. And to check with my bank 2-3 buisness days later as of April 5,2006, and the refund should be in there. Well it's been 5 buisness days and the money is still not in there and today is April 15.2006.
