Heart Star Shepherds Clint Hill Clint Hill Sold a puppy with Parvo Atlanta Georgia
We bought a puppy from Clint Hill also know as Heart Star GSD thinking that because he stated that he had over 35 years of experience with dogs that we were getting a good healthy puppy. We received a puppy that was in horrible shape. In all our years of buying and selling puppies we have never received one in such bad shape. The puppy that we bought started with very bad smelling diarehea and shortly after we noticed she was pooping blood. The puppy then started to vomit. She was very lathargic and would not eat or drink. We suspected that the puppy had parvo. We took the puppy to the vet and to our suprise(not) she did have parvo. We contacted Clint who started to yell and curse us over the phone saying that he had sold us a puppy in good health. We explained to him that the puppy was kept indoors from day one and he continued his rudeness. We tried to contact him via email, text and phone but he failed to respond. 5 days later and a 1800 bill from the vet our puppy died of parvo. We have continued to try to contact this buyer and he continues to ignore our calls, text or emails. We are have now file for suit unless he response and gives us back our money......

To the liar that filed this false report on HeartStar Shepherds. Please make copies of any documentation that you claim that you have on this problem and post it on your Rip Off Report that you have on us. Prove to every one reading this that you purchased a puppy from us. Provide a copy of the airline shipping bill from Atlanta to somewhere in CA. It would have our name and address on it as the shipper and your name and address as well. Prove we didn’t honor our ONE YEAR PUPPY HEALTH GUARANTEE that comes with each and every puppy we sell. You are a liar and a coward. Prove to us all that I’m wrong and you are right about your statements in the false report that you posted on us. How about just contacting me direct by phone or email and let me know who you are instead of hinding behind this Rip Off Report. Let us all know who you are.

Please note that this is a fault Rip Off report. It states that we sold a sick (Parvo) puppy to someone in California back in the spring of this year 2016. We have NOT had a problem with Parvo since the early 1990’s. We explain what we found to prevent puppies from getting the Parvo virus on our Health Page.
We are in good standing with the German Shepherd parent Club and the American Kennel Club and our customers. Please note our website is geared to educate buyers on the German Shepherd Dog. Google HeartStar Shepherds and see if you can find any other complains on us. There are none and this one is faults.
We did have 2 small litters in the Spring of 2016 but they all were sold to families here in Georgia and Florida. This fault reports states we sold a sick puppy to someone in California, none of our puppies were shipped. The litter before these was back in 2013.
There is no contact information for the person filing the report and please note anyone can file these reports without leaving valid or no contact information. The report list someone named “Carlos”. I can’t prove who filed the report but I believe it’s a breeder we had a problem with over a Shepherd we purchased from in June 2016. We are still working the problems out.
