9 am to 3pm eastern standard time, customer support specialists are standing by. As long as you call while we are open, you always can speak to someone. As previously mentioned, we offer customer support from 9am to 3pm east standard time, monday through friday. This customer did finally call us and we took care of the problem, in 3 minutes. Had we been contacted via telephone 3 months ago, none of this was necessary. Hopefully the customer will now take the time to clear our name, just like they did talking so much bad about us, without even calling our 800 # for customer support. As always, we look forward to serving all customers as the #1 online smoke shop in the world, with over 3500 happy customers each month and less than a 1% problem ratio, which is something we work very hard to maintain. I have called Derek and FINALLY I am going to get my money back, hopefully within the next couple of days. I'd like to know when they added customer support because when I placed this order, they didn't have a live person to speak with about any problems. You had to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you. I'm glad that this is resolved, however I will not be ordering anything from this company again. Usually I go out of my way to purchase something that is sold in my home state of NJ, but this will be my exception, and that is my right as a consumer. Thank you to everyone who put their thoughts down, constructive criticism or otherwise. I appreciate your thoughts. Happy New Year to all.

I can't wait to call this stupid company tomorrow and let this dude Derek have it. I can't wait to ask this guy when the rest of this order was "available". I moved from my mother's house and if something did happen to arrive for me, she would have gladly signed it and given it to me on my visits to her once or twice a week. I didn't move from any apartment complex or anything. I lived at my mother's for 30 years, so the post office knows my name very well. I didn't move in the "middle of the transaction" because I just moved in September. We are now in January of 2005. It's only been 4 months. The whole rest of the time that I've been waiting for the rest of my order I was residing where I placed the order in the first place. And these people have been checking this website. Maybe they should check their emails because I sent them an email and they didn't bother to write back (probably because they know I will copy and paste it to an update about this company). All of a sudden they want to talk to me about this. Wonder why.... could it be because my true rip off report about these people was being read by billions of people all over the world? And it's a big deal that I STILL did not call them back yet. HELLO it's the HOLIDAYS!!! I've got family I'd rather be with than spend half the day probably on hold waiting to talk to these people. Well I will give another update on this company when I call them tomorrow. Thanks for all your criticism, constructive or otherwise. You can rest assured I am going to be demanding my money back. For those asking why I would order this kind of stuff in the first place? It came recommended from a good friend, and I figured I'd try it. Now I tried it and I'm done.

We welcome any customer support inquiries from 9 am to 3pm eastern time at 866-437-2748. We would be happy to assist any customers with delivery issues. Currently, besides this customer, who STILL has not contacted us, we do not have any customers who have reported delivery issues. We ship out over 3500 packages a month, and therefore obviously from time to time the post office does make mistakes. From tracing this customers name back from the initial rebuttal, I have discovered that they had moved in the middle of the transaction. This means when the product was available after the back ordered item(s) arrived, it was shipped somewhere that the customer no longer lived. Again, we welcome all customer support inquiries 9 am to 3pm, and we will happily reship any items that the post office may have lost. We just need to actually here from the customer other than via this report. Please call us, we are happy to assist you :) Customer Support Manager Derek - EHT, New Jersey U.S.A.

Ok Derek, Now your response is that 1st she moved so it was sent to that address. Then your next statement is the post office lost it and you will be glad to replace"WHAT THE POST OFFICE LOST".... Your a losing company with bad business practices!!!! Just give this poor woman her money back and admit that what your compnay did was wrong.. heck you dont even have to admit it everyone can see it they can read it for their own eyes. That came so easily from you to say that the Post Office lost it yeah granted that they so lose things sometimes but I sincerly doubt it this time. Your company just put her on the backburner and forgot about her and everytime she sent your company a email it was disregarded with just a lame excuse. You said you have all her information you looked it up just send the woman back her money and be done with this whole thing. And another thought why are you on here looking for things about your company if your company is so great you must know that your compnay is shady if your on here looking for things about them.

At first, I figured these people were another garden-variety fraud cheating consumers with a fake web site. After all, there is a lot of that. Crooks figure out how to make a web site. They promise popular electronic equipment at half of the normal price. The suckers send tons of money to the frauds, who promptly grab the cash and run like hell, laughing all the way. But, then I went to the site in the complaint. This company sells fake marijuana. Evidently, they've figured out how to make a hybrid that looks like real marijuana, but doesn't have the exact plant characteristics that make it illegal. The stuff isn't cheap. It sells for $45 an ounce. Apparently this woman ordered a pill that claims to be an herbal energizer and mood enhancement product. It's designed to produce sensitivity, stimulation, effects include aphrodisia and extreme mood enhancement. At least that's what it claims on the web site. Back when she ordered her pills they were called Red Dawn. That was so long ago that the name has been changed. Now they're Red Bliss. The price is 8 pills for $32. For those of you high on the pills right now, I'll do the math. It works out to $4 a pill. The problem with getting high is that it reduces your ability to function well. You end up with reduced capacity to reason and understand things. That applies to the illegal drugs that actually get people high. What do you get from these products? Hard to say. Either way, people send off good money to order this stuff, so it must have some value to them. I think the problem here is that the people selling these products are spending too much time using them while at work. It seems to have affected their ability to think and reason. Either that, or else they're just poor liars. Read this woman's complaint. She ordered her pills in April. The company sent her a letter that said wait two weeks so we can get more pills. She waited the two weeks, and then emailed the company asking about her order. She promptly got an email back, stating her pills were shipped out. Two more months go by. Now, it's June. Still no pills. So, this woman emails the company again. They send a return email saying something about an address mix-up. Another month goes by. Now, it's July. She emails the company again. They send her an email with the same old backorder excuse again. By this time, the woman realized these people had some serious problems with mental confusion. Now, it's the end of the year. She has given up on these idiots. She can't seem to get them to send her order. Now, all she wants is a refund. Let's look at their response to that. They claim spam filters kept the email from going through. That's funny. The company got the woman's messages. And, she received messages in return. Looks like the email is working just fine. The problem seems to be that nobody there can stay straight long enough to follow up on their promises. They send out email saying your pills are in the mail. Except, they never bother to actually put the pills in the mail. Maybe they sent the order out in one of their hallucinations. Was the mailman riding a flying unicorn? When you examine this situation closer, the company doesn't look so much fraudulent as incompetent. Since they are hustling off fake drugs, it really makes you wonder if they aren't also using the fake drugs. Is this the effect people are looking for? Do you want to end up like these people? In today's world, you need ever brain cell you can get. You're not only competing with everyone else in America, but countries like China and India too. You can't afford to waste time sitting around huffing on a hash pipe. I don't see any real resolution for this woman. The company claims to welcome her phone call. But, will they actually be able to remember to send out her order once they hang up the phone? Based on their past record of overwhelming successes, I kind of doubt it. If all it took was a simple phone call, this would have been cleared up 7 months ago. Considering these herbal products for yourself? Just look at what they did to these people. Can you afford to end up like this?

Here's why. From the original complaint, this woman claims to have ordered some of your products. She received a partial order. The remaining item was to be shipped when more stock arrived. She states that her order was placed in the beginning of April. Now, it's the end of December. Still no item. Let's look at the possibilities here. If you run a legit operation, something is very wrong in your customer service. This woman wrote numerous times. She waited the time you requested. Finally, she issued a threat and an ultimatum. I can't blame her. After all, it's been 8 months. She informed you of her intention to file complaints. Don't you take that seriously? You know what they say. If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck If you're not a fraud, what explanation can you offer this woman? Further, can you provide any assurance to the next customer that the same thing won't happen to them? As for the efficacy of your products, who can say? Frauds tend to package up whatever trash they can purchase cheap. It could be animal pills, for all you know. Fraudulent companies aren't exactly concerned with anyone's health and wellbeing. Since this woman apparently trusts your products enough to order them, the real issue here is whether you intend to fulfill your obligation to her. Do you want to straighten this out? Send her item or her money. Do it now. No more backorder excuses. If you don't have the item right now, today, then give her the money back. Either of those remedies would go a long way towards restoring your reputation. In addition, an apology would certainly be in order, don't you agree?

We do not sell pharmaceutical products like the one you are referencing. One of our staff members carries a BA in pre-medicine, and has over 12 years retail pharmacy experience, as well as 36 college credits in physco-pharmacology and herbal psychopharmacology alone. None of the products we sell have ever been proven to hurt a single person. If you care to debate, please call us rather than use this website service as a forum on which to slander a legitimate company with false, non related information, like prescription anti-anflammatory products like vioxx, which has nothing to do with anything we sell, chemically, what do ever.

I'm simply amazed at some people. They send their money away to a web site. Any crook can make a web site. Most people know this. That's why smart people never buy anything on the web. They go into a real store. But, this person actually is willing to eat something they get from a fraud on the internet! That's ten times worse! You have no idea what they are sending you. Anybody can mix up all kinds of toxic trash and bottle it up and send it to you. Herbal? What's the hell's that mean? I can pick stuff out of my back yard that will kill you in a matter of hours. So much for all natural, huh? People have suffered severe reactions from eating trash like this. Some required liver transplants! You can't even trust the leading pharmaceutical companies to give you a safe product. Look at vioxx. So, why would you trust a small company you never heard of?
