Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company lies to you to get you to sign up to design a website and then you can't get anyone to do anything for you. I submitted all of the things they requested and they made my sight live without allowing me to proof it--which I was told by the salesperson I would be able to do. There were several mistakes including mispellings and huge run on sentences that were supposedly written by a WRITING team. The words they used were the identical words that I sent them.

Once I needed to make changes, they wanted to charge for updates that would take them longer than 4 hours. They had the incorrect email addresses so that emails to individuals at our company were going to the wrong places. We are a business so this affected our customer's being able to contact us.

The salesperson told me that my first month for maintaining the site would be free and I still got charged 29.99 for the first month. I spoke with Greg-the sales manager and he said I would be credited, but I have yet to see any money.

Don't do business with this company. All of the things that they tell you they are going to do for you is not true. They lie to you to get you in and then you are left to figure everything out for yourself. If you try to get through to customer service, you could have to wait up to an hour to get ahold of anyone. You're still left to figure everything else out by yourself.

I have had to hire another website company so I am now paying double what I would've had to pay to begin with.

tHIS IS WHY HERITAGE HAS SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SUB-STANDARD WORK THEY PUT OUT. THEY NEED TO HIRE MOR EXPERIENCE DESIGNERS, LESS SALES PEOPLE AND LESS QUOTAS TO DESIGN SITES AT THE RATE THEY DO. MOST OF ALL THEY NEED TO STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY BY PROMISING WORK THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO, THE ONLY THING GROWING AT HERITAGE IS THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS AND THEIR COMPALAINTS Ex Employee in Bountiful, Utah I doubt that they will go anywhere. They have a horrible reputation with their ex employees. They are all about quantity, they could care less about quality. Their managers push to get over 30 live a day, 30! They want a design (banner and layout) done in 30 minutes, and the HTML page done within 20 minutes, for every site! How can you get good quality work with that? Once a client has "approved" their site, and maybe a couple days later wants a change, good luck, it takes at least 2-3 weeks to get the easiest things taken care of. They are understaffed for the ammount of clients they hold. They are a cheap company, paying designers crap for what they get put through. They won't hire more to cover what they need, instead they will overwhelm their employees. After working with them for over a year I would strongly reccomend to anyone not to use their company. Look somewhere else. Smaller companies might not be as well known, but chances are they have more one on one time with you in providing a good website. Ex Employee in Bountiful, Utah 11 days ago Heritage is not a fun environemnt to work at. I personally worked there for a year, if it wasn't for a great boss that I loved then I probably wouldn't have stayed. I felt over worked and under paid. They have a lot of clients, Heritage needs to hire more people to cover their clientel. Heritage asks that every designer finish a design (layout and banner) in 30 minutes, and the HTML on the page in 20. It's hard to give quiality work when your on a time frame.
