Hewlett Packard HP Worst Customere Service Internet
I ordered a replacement display for my laptop last week. I thought I would get a confirmation email regarding when the package would be shipped. Days went by and I didn't receive the email or package so I tried to get a hold of Tech Support . I discovered that is impossible to do.
The call is sent to India or another country of course, because we have no workers here who can do the job. I couldn't understand the thick accents and they refuse to give you to anyone who speaks English or a supervisor. While I was polite, it was impossible to get across that I wanted to cancel the order because it was backordered and I didn't find that out until now.
Finally, after an hour of back and forth and transferring calls to no one who could help me, (I was told the order didn't exist, but they took my money), someone kept me on hold for 30 minutes before she could look up the order and cancel it. I asked if she had a reference number or some kind of number I could refer to if I had to call this terrible company back again. She said I would be getting an email within 24 hrs, but somehow I doubt that.
I would recommend that people do NOT buy HP products. What good are they if you can't get help or tech support when you need it ? I resigned myself to the fact that I would just call my credit card company to remove the charge if I do not receive the email tomorrow.

according to information that is available on the web, you might want to send a copy of your Ripoff Report to Ben Bernanke, so he can alert his bosses at the Bank of England, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and the others who are in charge, wouldn't you agree? Heck, you might want to email a copy of your Ripoff Report to Mr. Rothschild too, since he must be the big boss who is ultimately in charge, right?
Feel free to 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the five charts. Hewlett Packard is listed in 'Chart 3', correct?
So, it makes sense to go right to the top with your frustrations so the top people can do something about it and fix the problems, right?
