Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I entered into a program with them to yield a 6 to 1 return on the funds within 90 business days. They took my money and never delivered.  Every month I have to chase them down and the only answer I get is in a few weeks it will be done.  That has gone on for a year and still they have not given me a dime. I know of others that have also had the same situation with them and they started before I did. They claimed the fund close down Nov 15th 2014 and all funds would be distributed before the end of the year. That never happened.

As per the contract, I requested information on the allocation of the funds and was refused. I also asked for information on the lawyer and/or paymaster and was also refused.

It is clear that they have no intention of paying and I am working on a class action suit against all of them personally.

I have already submitted the file to the FBI for criminal prosecution.

If you have experenced a similar situation with them, please add your name to the list and we can go after them together.

I know of twenty other people that have invested money over a year ago and never received a payout. Instead of offering to pay me the $5K I invested, why not pay me the $30K they promised. This is how they scam by pushing people to the limit and then just giving their deposit back. As per my contract, I am supposed to get 6x my investment within 4 months and that get compounded by 6 every four months, if you wanted to look at it from a legal point of view. But so far to date, they have not paid me a dime nor have they paid anyone I know that was involved with them. So if they are legitimate, they should pay what they owe as per the contract but we all know that is not going to happen. Before I even posted this over a year went by with an excuse every month as to why funds were not paid. They just took the money and lied. It is that simple. If they want to show this is not a scam, send me the $30K they promised. They have had over a year an a half to do so. Trying to tarnish my position to circumvent their responsibility just further proves my point.

It was a simple matter for High Sierra Marketing to identify the blogger "Wild Foot" from over a thousand of our clients, as he is the only one making claims of this nature.  "Wild Foot's" nonchalant use of the word, "scam," shows he either does not know the meaning of the word, or is using hyperbole to exaggerate his position.

HSM did accept investments for a small cap program intended to provide the small investor the level of returns available to the large investor.  HSM exerted its best efforts to attain the expected returns, which were scheduled to be paid an unspecified amount of time after a specific number of trading days.  When  "Wild Foot's" number of trading days lapsed, and HSM had not achieved the expected return, he began a gradually increasing campaign of complaints.

HSM did something no one running a scam would do.  HSM offered to fully refund the $5,000 "Wild Foot" invested.  But "Wild Foot" completely rejected the offer.  Instead, he began to demand extravagantly compounded interest on his investment.  His demands have increased and now amount to $6,000,000, with threats of legal and criminal complaints if it is not paid.

Another characteristic of a scam is the scammer keeps requesting - even demanding - larger and larger amounts.  HSM is demonstrably not running a scam, but it shouldn't be too difficult to identify who here is.
