My company started working with Artemas Pratt and H.I.P Consulting in early 2012. Our business relationship blossomed as my company hired him and his team to do the following.
- Build a company website
- Build a customer database
- Print and Mail Post Cards
- Make T-Shirts
- Manage Social Media Accounts
- Manage Google Adwords
To make a long story short. Artemas Pratt from H.I.P Consulting went missing in action for about two months. He would not answer emails or phone calls. This unprofessional behavior led me to terminate our relationship with Artemas Pratt and H.I.P Consulting in June 2013.
Because of the termination Artemas and his company was required to refund all money that was not spent on Marketing and Advertising. However, till this day October 2013- Artemas has not returned my calls nor answered emails.
Basically my 2013 Marketing Budget was taken by him and his company. I do not recomend you use Artemas Pratt. My understanding is he runs both H.I.P Consulting and Resume Analyst.
Had you asked me early 2013- I would have recommended him. I don't care too much about the money that was not returned to me. This is issue is more about the betrayal as we had build a pretty solid business relationship.
I am deeply sorry about this review, and you must know that I tried everything from calling, email and patiently waiting for you to connet witih me, but you didn't come through. I am an understanding business owner, but what you did is unethical and no one should throw their money away as I did; by using any of your services.
