Hobbies Discount Chris Oliver ordered 2 remote flying sharks on December 15th and never received them do not know Internet

I ordered two remote flying sharks on December 15, 2016 after 3 weeks began contacting them.  I finally received an email from CHris Oliver that in was a customs issue and would be 30 days.  Well it is now Feb. 15, 2017 and they do not even answer me now. Not in email or facebook.
