I am hereby giving a complete timeline of the entire conversations we have had with Hobbies Unleashed.

Step 01

Placing of the Order with Hobbies Unleashed. The order had been placed on 21 Apr 2017 and the order no is #15521.

Step 02

Reminder Email sent on 3 May 2017 for shipping details to be shared as even after one month no shipping details had been updated to us.

Step 03

Shipping details received on 9 Jun 2017 via email

Step 04

Complaint lodged with the company regarding the inferior quality of the product.

Step 05

Company asked me to submit the proof of the poor quality of display.

Step 06

As per the direction of company representative Ms. Sheela we had sent an email with Video of the poor quality resolution displayed by the projector on 22 Jun 2017

Step 07

Ms. Sheela had acknowledged the receipt of the email with video proof on 22 Jun 2017.

Step 08

Ms. Sheela had given us directions to dispatch the projector back to the company on 22 Jun 2017 so that the refund of our money could be processed.

Step 09

We dispatched the product and sent an Email to Ms. Sheela with waybill receipt and tracking details with delivery confirmation on 14 Nov 2017.

Step 10

After getting no response from the company representative we sent an reminder via email sent to hasten up the refund on 26 Nov 2017.

Step 11

Automated reply was received from the system on 26 Nov 2017.

Step 12

A reply by Jean Danielle was given to us regarding the product received by us on 9 May 2017. We would like to mention that we have nowhere claimed that product was not delivered to us. Our claim is that on direction of the company representative, we had already sent the product back to Company's warehouse for processing and refund of our money. No mention of the product returned back to the company warehouse on 26 Nov 2017 had been made by Ms. Jean Danielle in her email.

Step 13

After getting no response from the company representative we sent a reminder email on 19 Dec 2017 with waybill receipt and the tracking screenshot. This proves that the company has already received the product at the warehouse location and is now refusing to refund the money to us.

Step 14

An automated reply for the complaint sent via email is received on 19 Dec 2017.

Step 15

Company representative Jastine again sends the screenshot of the product being delivery to us on May 2017, and makes no mention of the delivery receipt sent by us which clearly shows the company receiving the product at their warehouse. The company is now breaching the trust of the customer and wants to dupe us of our money.

Step 16

In the followup email Jastine denies us the refund on 26 Dec 2017.

Step 17

Another Reminder email is sent to the company on 15 Jan 2018.

Step 18

On 15 Jan 2018 Automated Reply Received for the reminder email which had been sent previously.

Step 19

Jastine again denies the refund citing the same reason that the product has been delivered to us and refuses to acknowledge that the product has been received at the company warehouse.

Hence as you can see from above all the documented process and the entire conversation with company representatives, we have already sent the inferior low quality product back to Company's warehouse as per Hobbies Unleashed representative's directions. Company is now requested to review and release the payment made to them for the sub standard product which was sold to us
