Hobby Palace sam (cant remember his last name) make fake appraisals HIGHLY overstating value of very poor quality diamonds flower mound, Texas
These guys sell on Ebay saying most of their earrings and rings are certified SI1 and F in color. Sometimes they will have a VS2 clarity. NEVER do they weigh out or meet the clarity or color stated. They also take at least 2 weeks to get your item to you. They are too shady to even be able to use Paypal so you dont really have any protection when you want to return the garbage they send you. FIND A MORE REPUTABLE EBAY SELLER IF LOOKING FOR DIAMONDS
