Complaint Review: Holiday Enterprises - INK 4 HALF PRICE - Atlanta Georgia

This company is one of the biggest scam I have seen in a great while and here are some of the emails exchanges between their main Representative and me.....

This is a copy of an email that i sent him back after he responded me on wanting to return my displays for a full refund since they cant even furfill their obligation in the "Business Package"

I agreed about policies to be followed but that is not the case here, the fact is that i paid too much money and i was very excited about dealing with this company until i saw how this company operates. I have nothing against you or the company, it is just that i am not satisfied because nothing from this company excites me anymore and everything started with the company not coming through in their part.

1) The website is poor it only lists 5 brands and when you click on All Brands It comes out empty. Orders dont go through and a message comes up saying that the AVS Adress is different from the billing adress and when i call the bank they gave me the 1-800 merchant number to find out what was going on the did not even have knowledge the account holder.

2) Fliers were 200 short

3) ink takes too long to arrive, I am still waiting on ink from the original order from back in July

4) No traffic count

5) I never received info on the Merchant account

6) I cant even reach the company through the Toll Free number instead i have to use long distance.

Now can you please tell me a good reason why should i continue getting excited working with this company?

I came through with my part of the bargain

But i cant say the same thing for you and i hope that we can solve this problem in a very friendly manner and you can find some one that wont care if the company does not meets their expectations.

I am sorry that you seem to have run into a few difficulties in getting started. But I am of the mind set that you do not throw out the baby with the bath water. From someone coming from the very rugged out doors of Alaska I would have expected a little more thick skinned and determination to succeed. As I have stated before we are a honorable company that works with our distributors that are determined to succeed if you choose to terminated our distributorship that will be your choice and yours alone. I really hope you reconsidered and decide to go to work. I will look at trying to resell your area, but that is the best I can do at this time. I look forward to hearing back from you.

They tell you that when you get your original Package it will be made mostly of the most popular cartridges but the fact is that you will be flooded with unpopular ink cartridges... Many worthless Canons, Brothers and Epsons, and the most populars like the HPs and Lexmarx will be so expensive that many of these cartridges you will able to find the original product cheaper at Office Max or Office Depot.

What Hurts me the most is the fact I deprived myself and my wife from enjoying ourselves, so that we could save up this $9000.00 and to just lose it in a scam like this. Now I understand why individuals develop a criminal mind in the heat of the moment because i think that if i was someone else just a little more over the edge, the 6:00 PM news would not be anything pretty to listen to.
