Beware of Holiday Management Group! I received a fax much like the other discontent customers who have also been ripped off by this company.

After purchasing an attractively priced package, my father who was supposed to travel with me was seriously injured. He had surgery and was in the hospital for a week. We logically decided to postpone indefinitely as we were unsure of the recovery rate and any medical complications.

Upon calling customer service to request a refund, I spoke to the manager, Doug Aaron. He was extremely rude and told me to simply read the directions on my package to request a refund. Needless to say, the directions were very vague, yet I followed.

About a week later, I called to verify that they had received my request, and they had. I inquired as to whether they would need necessary medical documents to insure that this was a valid request. They seemed far from interested and assured me that I would simply receive a refund in 4 weeks. Four weeks passed and no refund was given.

Since then, I have had at least 5 conversations with Doug Aaron among other customer service reps, each time assuring me that the refund would be given that week. It has now been 13 weeks. Customer service told me 2 weeks ago that they had processed the refund but that it takes 2 weeks to go through the bank. Since I have been lied to before, I wouldn't put it past them to lie to me again.

I'm beginning to think I will never see that refund. I am more than irate that such a business can still be in practice. They stole my money.
