Home Improvement Expo Home Improvement Expo, Contractor Services Network HIE defaulted on our contract, and failed to deliver services paid for. Then they resold my 'exclusive' territory to another contractor! NATIONWIDE (Internet Company) Lynnbroook New York INTERNET
Michael Dozier, Account Executive for Home Improvement Expo has lied to me, cheated me and ripped me off for $4000. He sold me an "Exclusive" territory for kitchen and bathroom remodeling and additions and large home improvement projects in Washington DC and Montgomery County Maryland in some of the wealthiest zip codes in the United States. I have not received a lead for two months. Every time I call to ask where my leads are, Michael Dozier and the other staff members of Home Improvement Expo cough up some story as to why there are no leads.
Other online services like Service Magic, Respond.com and Angie's List are flooding me with leads on a per lead basis and we are doing very well. My "Exclusive" Zip codes with Home Improvement Expo are producing NOTHING! I spent $4000 with Mr. Michael Dozier, money I might have spent elsewhere with much better results. I did however receive a lead for a project in a county an hour's drive from our offices outside of my "Exclusive" territory and rejected it. We do not service that area as it is more than 60 miles from our offices. Michael Dozier has told me repeatedly that it is a year long contract and to be patient. If I had heard that story from him when he was so busy selling me his services, I would have spent the money elsewhere and recommend that if you are reading this, you do too. Home Improvement Expo ripped me off for $4000 and I am not going to tolerate it.
My first course of action is to contact the New York State's Attorney and report them as a scam outfit and encourage them to do an investigation and to post information on this and as many other sites as I can to inform others about this company.

If Michael Dozier and the rest of the rip off artists at Home Improvement Expo have scruples, they would immediately return my investment. I have asked for my money back repeatedly and they have refused to refund it to me.
I submit to you, the reader that it is a very bad idea to do business with Michael Dozier at Home Improvement Expo. He is a smooth talking scam man.

Avi Klinger is the President of Home Improvement Expo. Once we signed the contract and AVI KLINGER took our money now (3) months ago we have: * Never seen an ad online when searching our "Exclusive Zip Codes" * Never seen an ad in the paper * Never seen a billboard ad * Never heard a radio commercial * Never received a flyer or direct mail ad * Never seen a single advertisement for this service * BEST OF ALL - Never received a call from anyone in the company to see how we are doing. In addition, when I try to Google or Yahoo the types of services my company offers, I never find Home Improvement Expo in my "Exclusive" zip codes. If I cannot find an advertisement or find their website when I Google it (and I am trying to) how can anyone else? I've been RIPPED OFF by Michael Dozier and Avi Klinger and I hate this feeling.
