Home Pro Complete Services Chad Lance,Josh Worst Paint Job Ever Jacksonville Florida
My initial contact was on March 1st with Josh. I bought labor, and paint. All this company had to do was work.The painting began on March 9th. I had interior completion, and the entire exterior painted.Gutters were supposed to be cleaned out and weren't, before painting.Vent and sofit screens were to be replaced.All rotten lumber was to be replaced. A rotted door jam and threshold was supposed to be replaced.I had to buy visquene to cover open areas left on a Friday because inclement weather was on the weather forecast. I put garbage bags and painters tape on the door the carpenter pulled out at the end of the day, but was unable to fix.It is April 18th and the work remains incomplete.Calls were not answered.Half the money for the job was rendered when the crews began. Two weeks later, Josh asked for another $1,000.00. I paid him, and that left one-third of the job payment outstanding.A "Work Order" was written and $250.00 dollars, or half of the cost of the job for the door jam tendered.Chad showed up a week later asking for final payment.I told him would get payment when the entire job was complete. I gave him a copy of the "Work Order", since he claimed he knew nothing of it.He can pitch all kinds of fits, but he will not receive another dime until the job is complete.
Originally, I was going to let them build a replacement deck, and fencing, but have changed my mind.I have many,many friends that are looking for decent,dependable construction labor in all areas.I cannot and wiould not recommend these people to anybody.

this woman is as crazy as they come. the job was done in a timely manner with weather conditions. she would not let us paint for days after it rained. As well as no where in the agreement did it state we were to clean her gutters or replace screen. she must just assumed. She also never once walked the house with us. The rotten wood was replaced that her son told us about. maybe she sould have had him clean gutters. maybe she should see the pictures because the house looks great after home pro painted it. she wanted home pro to do work that wasnt in the agreement and not pay for it. Stay away from this woman and her home she is crazy she even didnt pay the painters prior to us. 1111 nickolson rd, jacksonville, Fl. She wants services done for free. She wouldnt even pay and forced us to put up hand bars in her shower. Most unappreciative woman ever.
