HomeQ Dishonest ripoff scam Sacramento California
HomeQ is trying to foreclose on my home over a mistake they made. July of 03 they said I did not provide proof of insurance.
So they took out insurance on my home and are trying to charge me an extra 607.00 per mo. for the insurance! I have copies of the fax.and the certified mail sent to them in July that did provide proof of insurance. I am in the process of moving this loan and Homeq is still not willing to correct the problem they caused. I have read all the Homeq reports on this site and can not for the life of me understand why these people are not in jail. If Homeq thinks I going to walk away from the money they are trying to steel from me their crazy. And anyone who claim they can call Homeq and get the information they need the truth is not in them. I will see you in court Homeq. You can bank on that!!!!!!!
