After dozens of calls from Homes.com

I had signed up May 9th and paid the 340.00 for the month and 0 leads as of May 30th.  I was hesitant as I had a bad experience 4 yrs ago and was told things were a lot better and they would guarantee me some leads. I use Zillow and trulia no problems ever. On My 30th I sent an email asking where my leads were they had promised and asked for a phone call or an email to deal with this before my month was up so I wouldn't have to pay another 340.00 
 
I received a auto reply saying they were busy because of the long weekend and would get back to me soon.  June 6th I sent another email and tried calling and no one answered. I did get a reply on June 9th saying sorry for your cancellation we are processing.  My anniversary date for renewal was June 9th.  June 11th they deducted another 340.00 from my account.
 
They have been boligerent especially Hannah.  I fought it at my bank and they sided with Homes.com saying I was just unsatisfied.  They told me because I called after 5pm on a Friday and they were not open my cancellation did not take affect until after the 9th. Irecently resubmitted my challenge or dispute back to VISA and if this doesn't work I am reporting them and will launch an investigation through Myfloridalegal.com
