Hometown America/sunshine Valley forced to give up family dog of ten years,and intimadation with evictions Chandler Arizona
after living at sunshine valey mhp happly for 3 yrs.new management came to town.and the harrassment began.all of the sudden my faithful freind of 10 yrs was enjoying a napp inthe sun while i worked on cleaning my coolers,started barking at something.i had just ducked inside for a drink and returned to find a photo print out taped to my truck with a letter from the manger complaining of my dog being unattended.of course she wood bark at stangers tring to walk up that's what dogs do; protect there home.shes had never attacked anyone and loved kidd.
after being strong armed into giving her up.next i found myself finding letters of complaits about everytheing from remodeling material onthe patio to weeds to high to threaghts of towing my vehicile.they even towed my freind car that stop to pick up my daughter,who was parked on the street,without even a notice on the window warning so.
meantime my complants of boom box base amps ratteling my windows and disurbing the peice falls on deaf ears.seem there only consurns are the lot fee which be the way has increased 300% since hometown america took over while closing our pool hall and laundry room tennis court.
i havent seen an improvement in common area, just broken glass rocks and garbage.oh there new sale office has new computor coper/fax and new cherry wood furniture.the local new paper even did an artical on the manger,about how he wanted to evict a family just because a 3 foot section of skirting didnt match the rest of the house and it was in the back away from veiw.
i laughed when i saw the banner declaring how the love there tenits and pet freindly.they couldnt be farth from the truth.so i hope this is fair warning to prospective tenants after you sign the papers the honeymoon is over and the games begin.better to buy a house and stay away from sunshine valley
