Complaint Review: Hope for Health - Knoxville Illinois

The browser showed a Ripoff Report for this company.  I read the report and was astonished and more than a little doubtful of the veracity of the report. The report purported to be based on a single purchase with the company with problems that were quite unbelievable.  I have been making purchses from this company for about 11 years and have found them to be 100% reliable, providers of quality products, excellent and accurate information, and with the most helpful customer service I have encountered.  I have personal guesses about the reasons behind the negative report, but can only say that in my experience, and that of several of my friends, the company is quite the opposite of what is portrayed by that report.

 I was astounded to read this report.  I have been purchasing Hope for Health products for over a year now and have only the highest praise and recommendation for them.  Hope for Health ensure nothing but the BEST and highest grade of natural ingredients are used in all stock, and I found them superior in quality to any I have yet tried, over years.  They use 100% totally safe, vegan products.  It's no good ordering something they offer and expect an overnight "fix" as well - their products need to be given a few weeks to a few months for the benefits to one's health to really start to become evident.  I have truly found my health has gradually and gently increased and improved, with some long-term problems I have never been able to treat having slowly but surely, if not resolved entirely, relieved to a great degree with continuing use.  I also happen to know that this company has been suffering severe staff shortages since they made the long relocation to North Carolina, and have had to battle with very few employees over a long period in order to get the large number of orders they do receive correctly processed as quickly as possible.  They may have made some administrative mistakes, but purchasers should go easy on them and give them a chance to get back to their usual smoother-running status.  As to the pills "stinking", SOME have a fairly strong odour, but this is because only the "true stuff"is put into them and they don't use cosmetic "concealers" in their products.  As to "expensive", I haven't found them expensive at all!  I live in Australia, and to me the U.S. prices are way below what we pay here for overall inferior health goods produced here.  $7 per month for pain relief from natural products such as Hope's MSM Powder is NOTHING compared to the money I was paying for pain killers such as Nurofen, Panadol Osteo etc. - and better for my high blood pressure by far!  The only thing that kills buying from the U.S. is the excessive postage we have to pay - but I can honestly say I prefer to pay a bit more when I am able in order to get the "true goods" from Hope  Thumbs up to this company for staying true to their standards of all natural products with best benefits always - and nothing harmful or chemical in any of it.  Thumbs down for the negative "ripoff" report!  This company is NO ripoff.
