HopeBeautiful.com Predator Motorcycle Helmet Items sent is not what was represented on their website London United Kingdom
I ordered a "Predator” (as in the movie) motorcycle helmet. The website had pictures that represented it as being very detailed and appearing to have been very well done. At the bottom of the item listing on the website they stated what would be shipped were "the helmet” (assuming they meant the Predator helmet), a clear shield and instructions (lead to believe instructions for wear and care). The box that arrived from China (bear in mind this is supposedly a UK company) WELL after the 10-day shipping time (it took a month) was smashed, the corners of the box had been destroyed, and the contents had been smashed. The helmet itself was not as advertised at all. It was a plain, glossy black oblong helmet that represented something more like a bicycle helmet (this thing was supposedly DOT approved too). It was cracked from having been crushed. The "shield” was also bent beyond use, and I have no idea how it was sipppsed to work with the included helmet that didn’t even remotely represent the Predator helmet they claimed I was buying. So to sum it up, I did not get what was advertised, what they sent was ruined in transit, and the shipping took far longer than advertised. They will not return emails. Total ripoff.
