Horizon Card Services Indiana pa They keep taking my Money from my Pro Pal account San Diego Internet
I have no clue who or what this company is or does i been having $6.95 taken out my propal account for more then 2 months i know that $6.00 is not alot but it is too me im a simngle mother and finacial;y going through a great deal to provide for my kids any thing i have i need and some im struggaling.
