Total ripoff - only wish I would have looked up online before hiring them! Called for the stupid special of $34.95, but my quote when they got there started at over $400. Then, after calling "the big man in charge", they lowered me to $300+, then $150+, etc....until I said "no, do the special you advertise". I also agreed to pay an extra $20 to "deep clean" the few spots we had on the carpet, which DID NOT COME OUT even with the extra money.
I am very sad to see our money wasted and wish I would not have been so foolish to go with them.
