They charge  an invoice of $19.95 to credit card without authorization from me. When contacted was told they could credit my account instead they charge another $19.95. Now they say did not do so. That only charge is to another card. I canceled a credt card in Nov. 2020 because of them.

This time it shows I ordered it in the middle of the night (midnight) 2/24.  I was in the hospital at that time and did not have my computer with me or available internet services. So back to canceling another credit card.
