House.com called me at work. Mr. R.... Le...r said he had so many hot leads in my area of people wanting to buy or sell. He said they had been verified so they would be expecting my call and they are ready now. I asked if it didn't work out could I cancel at anytime and he said you'll have such great success with the program you won't want to. They did not send the first leads until the three day cancellation period was over.

They came about a week after I signed up. After I tried to contact the leads and got no response from any of them and the information was all wrong. I started trying to cancel my account. Everytime I contacted them they charged me again the monthly fee. I origially signed up May 18, 2007 and started trying to cancel at the end of May they would not respond to my phone calls and emails. They have charged me to date 960.00.

I finally had to cancel my credit card because they kept charging. I called the manager Ms. Chan.. P.. and she said it doesn't matter what they promised you or what you said it was a contract and there will be no refund. She also said she would ruin my credit and put me in collections if I didn't pay.

Don't use House.com
