Complaint Review: HOW Holistic Organic Wellness - boca raton Florida

Back in 2014 someone wrote a Rip-Off report about me, Maria Adriana Guardia and my business Holistic Organic Wellness.  

Rip Off reports allows anyone to create an account and post ANYTHING about ANYONE without any proof.   

Today is October 3, 2018 and Holistic Organic Wellness is still in business providing ALTERNATIVE HEALING MODALITIES to the Boca Raton community and continuing to sell great supplements.     

There is no way to get the reports removed, so you will just have to make a judgemet based on facts.   

The only facts I can show you is that I'm still open and in business with many clients that appreciate the services and products I offer.  

Don't believe everything you  GOOGLE!   

Anger, envy and perhaps holding a grudge is not the reason why anyone needs to ruin a person or business reputation.   

And as for Rip-Off reports people - you should do some investigating before you allow anyone to just post an angry rant.

The information written above is clearly written by the JELOUS, ANGRY ex owner of MaximLife, a dba that our corporation acquired once court ordered YUSEM to divest.   Prior to our parent company, Genomegen acquiring and registering the fictitious name Maxim Life,  it was owned by the so called Dr. BRIAN YUSEM - the crook that got arrested for practicing medicne without a license and almost had to spend 5 years doing time as a convicted felon.  Lucky for him, his lawyers got him out easy with only 3 years probation and 3 months house arrest.

The reason why I, Adriana Guardia, moved and renamed the business was because of the FORMER OWNER of MAXIM LIFE, BRIAN YUSEM and his ability to ruin everything he touches.   It was important for the corporation to rebrand and start FRESH!  So the ownership is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from Maxim Body System Inc dba Maxim Life. 

Maxim Life was legally registered by Genomegen and we tried operating under that name, but when you have crooks like YUSEM posting false information, we had no choice but to rebrand.   Look him up - his company was registered under Maxim Body System Inc.   Maybe there's been a pattern, where every other year he changed the name due to one thing or another - other businesses he owned were Nutrition +, Sneaker and Nutrition Madness, Delta body Systems..........So now he is trying to say that we, the HOW? center are the same owners???  WRONG!!!!! 

The HOW? Center brings together many holistic modalities, practiced by many professionals, licensed by the state of Florida when a licensure is available.  We don't treat, diagnose or sell a bunch of stuff that is not needed.  We don't have a doctor, as mentioned above, we have a center that brings together the modalities along with the basic supplementation that was offered at Maxim Life. 

And MaximLife.net is still active and available, it is up to you the individual to make the purchase - no one here tries to oversell you supplements, which was the former owner's way of making money. 

So watch out because that guy Yusem is still out there.  He is selling expired product and continues to practice medicine without a license - and he can get away with it because he moved to Sarasota.  

I dare anyone to prove to me that we are doing anything wrong or unlicensed activites.  Mike, please provide  proof of us giving medical advice and make sure you send in that proof to the State of Florida, unlicensed activities!
