Howey Industries seems to be taking money from customers without sending them the items that they have ordered. My friend, Marcus Jorgensen, sent a bank wire transmission to their bank on Jan 23, 2015 for the amount of 15.533,0 DKK ($2,325.00 USD). Despite his numerous calls to their company he has yet to receive either his order or a refund. He has called Howey time and time again but keeps getting denials, excuses and what seems to be outright lies. We have decided to take this information to the district attorney for Orland Park, IL. We will also be reporting their actions (or inactions as may be it) to the Better Business Bureau, RipOffReport.Com and numerous other online reporting agencies and legal / government agencies. I could only hope that this is an oversight by their company. Marcus manages a top motorsports racing organization in Denmark and he has many contacts and business associates that would frown very seriously upon their company not doing the right thing. I have a copy of the bank wire transmittal form. They have already been sent this form but have ignored it's existence. We will also be contacting their bank and soliciting the garnishment of these funds as being obtained by their company under false, illegal circumstances. Marcus, up to this point has refrained from taking legal action but make no mistake, if necessary, he will. Do not think that just because this customer lives in Denmark that they can hide from this injustice. Marcus will be living in the US soon and his first mission will be to hire an attorney and to take legal action against Howey Industries. We encourage their current and/or potential customers to seriously consider their options before purchasing from Howey Industries. The owner's information is PAUL HOWEY JR **** ***** ** ****** ***** *****. We would hope that Mr. Howey would do the right thing by contacting Marcus to make arrangements for a prompt refund.

This ripoff reports case was recently brought to my attention by one of our customers. I apologize in advance to any customers that may have read this report and found no reply from Howey Industries Inc. We were unaware this report existed.
It should be noted that the individual filing this report "Kenny" is not a customer of Howey Industries Inc and is filing this claim on the behalf of Mr Marcus Jorgensen who has purchased and recieved product from Howey Industries Inc.
The claimed wire transfer for "product not received" was never received by Howey Industries Inc and there was not active or submitted order for any product totalling the amount claimed. We did however receive an order from Mr Marcus Jorgensen for a set of custom wheels that were manufactured to his specifications and delivered to his freight forwarder for export to his country.

It should be noted that all items that were ordered and paid for by Mr Marcus Jorgensen have confirmed as received. It is our opinion that Mr Marcus Jorgensen unintentionally initiated a wire transfer to an incorrect bank account for an order placed with a different vendor (we do not carry the item he claims to have purchased). We have done everything in our power to assist Mr Marcus Jorgensen with retrieving his funds but our assistance it limited since the funds never reached our bank.
It should also be noted that once "Kenny" was made aware of the situation, he removed the claim from all other review and social media sites (yelp, facebook, google, etc) but unfortuantely ripoff reports does not allow you to remove a report once it is published, even if the author admits the information submitted is inaccurate.
Howey Industries takes wire transfers very seriously. We have many international customers that purchase products every day and choose to pay via wire transfer and our reputation for delivering those products is extremely important to us. If anyone has a concern regarding this reported incident, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
