HP Games Wild Tangent Games you buy won't install, no meaningful support, Internet
I bought the "special" package for $6.95 for a year. The games wouldn't download, and you can't find a phone number on the website unless you search really really hard. I called and was put on hold for fifteen minutes, to be told that I should just go on the website for trouble shooting. There is no meaningful troubleshooting, but I followed all the general advice (which didn't work). When I canceled, I had to pay the balance of the year. These folks don't care about gamers. For your money, go to Big Fish games!
