HRS/USA No statement, no good buisiness sense
I opened a loan with HRS/USA for a Yamaha motorcycle back in April 2001. Since I opened the loan I have has to contact them twice and inform them that I'm not getting my statements. When asking them why this is happening they want to blame it all on the post office. I live in a rural setting and they say it must be getting into the wrong box. But I have no problems getting all my other bills, mortgage, electric. phone, cable, etc, just theirs. Why?? When I ask for another statement to be sent they inform that I still have to send payment without paperwork or I'll be hit with late fees. I have no problem sending payment but I would like to have something in hand for my records. It is only good buisiness sense to. When I ask to speek to someone higher the people Ive talked to so far want to give me a hard time.

Three years ago i applyed for a loan for a water softener with HRS/USA and i never had a problem until one year ago, they did not receive a payment for for the month of may of 2001, and i did send the paymnet to their correct address and they said they did not recaive the payment and eversince they are charging me late fees and the loan amout is going up istead of going down. I even send them check copies from the my bank but they keep overcharging me. what should i do.
