You've had this problem before. There is something going on with your address, too many items reported not received or something. That is the only reason HSN is doing that to you. I used to work there and usually when a mistake like that happens, we could just cancel the order and place it anew and refund whatever money was taken. Because that couldn't happen in your case, that means the computer stopped the rep during the submission of the order and then wouldn't allow whatever refund to go thru instead making it go thru the fraud dept. Too many items not received, reported missing, damaged or whatever flags your address. Sometimes things happen and something really does arrive damaged or missing from the package BUT in those cases it is quickly rectified. It doesnt happen all the time and so when it just seems to happen to one particular person all the time, it raises a red flag. You have done this to yourself. I'm sorry that it just happened to be innocent in this situation but there again, not the first time it's happened.
