On his website he states money back guranteed 10 day trial so once i signed up i cancelled the second day because his course is basic & has low valuable content. He ignored my requests because i saw that he read my messages on facebook and he let the 10 day trial to pass and he still charged my card when clearly i told him to cancel my trial membership but he didn't. I spoke with a couple of people about his business & services and they stated the same thing, he's a liar & a scammer, he claims he does 20k per day in revenue but he has shown no proof, when I spoke to paypal about his business they stated he has multiple chargebacks & disputes & they will soon take him down. Do not conduct business with him he is a liar and scammer his name is colton randolph his youtube is site is ecomblitz.com

I subscribed to Cart Grab just 2 days ago. I am a newbie at ecommerce, so I expected a little more from them for the price. I sent 2 emails to them and got absolutely no response. So, their email system doesn't seem to be working either. I am an almost 60 year old man struggling to make it. I had to quit my last job in retail because I lost my car during Hurricane Harvey. I could not figure out their system in Cart Grab, so I reached out to them, only to hear NOTHING in response. Just another get rich scheme by the owners of the so called company that claims they can help you. Colton Randolph is nothing but a con artist in the first degree !!!

This user had become a member while Ecom Blitz Academy was technically closed.

 

We were not actively advertising it any longer. It was due to be entirely remodeled, new content, etc. At the time there was no customer support because we were not actively accepting members into the site.

 

We were aware a few members came in from public videos on my Youtube channel, however at the time we used Paypal for processing payments. This means at anytime you, yourself could cancel the subscription before being billed.

We also linked to a Paypal article showing you how to do this in the "Support" tab in the top right"

 

It was never in our interest to charge anyone that did not like the content in the site. You could have canceled at anytime yourself via your Paypal. Nearly anyone knows that subscriptions through Paypal are extremely easy to cancel and both can be done client or business sided. Again, at the time we were essentially under construction and were not actively supporting the site.

 

This was not a scam. And legally, we are not in the wrong. There's nothing illegal where you could not cancel your subscription and were trapped in. 

 

At the time, our support was nonexistent because the product wasn't supported until we redid it (which we have now and support is now top notch) which yes, was our fault for poor support that explained the process of cancelng a Paypal subscription or just did it ourselves for you.

 

Simply said: at anytime you could cancel it yourself. Where as now we use Credit / Debit cards for processing, at the time of this dispute we only accepted Paypal. 

 

And to respond to the little irrelevant tangent of trash talking at the end:

Skip to 1 minute and you will see me refresh the un-editable Shopify app live. This cannot be faked.

2. No body you talked to knows anything about me. Like house wives, they spread negativity to make themselves feel better. They're simply talking trash to make themselves feel better.

3. I run a clean operating business. I do not trap anyone into subscriptions.  

 

If you simply reached out to me, I could have fixed this for you. There was no form of contact what so ever. I was easily reachable on Facebook and my Facebook group (at the time - now we have a streamlined customer support process via email, however again at the time we were just starting out and figuring the best support prcoess)
