I ordered a youth Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos Jersey. After not receiving a confirmation of my order I attempted to find a contact number on the website, and there was none, that was the first issue.
I used the contact us link for several days trying to reach someone in the customer service area of the business as the site states someone will contact you back within 24 hours. No one ever contacted me back, I was just attempting to verify my order and that my credit card went through as it showed an error on the screen.
After checking with my bank I found that a company by another name (Ruby Horse Bridal) with no phone number listed had made a charge to my credit card at the time I had made the purchase on the internet of the jersey. I checked my spam and found an email from yet a third party stating that they had received my order but my jersey was "a hot item and not available yet" they would let me know when they have it to ship to me.
I didn't feel they should charge for something that they didn't have, but I was still willing to accept it as it was a gift. When the jersey finally arrived, it was of lesser quality than I was hoping for but again it was satisfactory, that is until it was worn once and washed for the first time according to the washing instructions.
This is sold as genuine NFL product and I insure you it is not, it was unraveling and fraying from minimal wear and wash. I contacted the seller and he is unwilling to do anything but give a $10 credit, for a $70 "replica" jersey.
The seller is making and selling jerseys as official NFL/Reebok apparel and that is fraud!
