My name is william page me and my wife got a cps case in march of 2014 and we were given a case plan 6months of Family Services to start doing what we had to do to get our children back we were given classes drug program anger management parenting list of the other things that needed to be done by us for us to get our children back in our care so without hesitation we started our case planning drug program everything they ask you to do the first worker was let go because she did not do her job correctly the second worker was a temporary worker said she can do much the third worker do didn't do much better at her job wrong information incorrect information from family members and the first order of the adoption supervisor pretty much didn't care at all our kids are pretty much going to be adopted and that's all she was worried about we went to court we we're giving a window of time to show that we were about getting her kids where do you more and we could use your services after the Terminator services and then they terminate her parental rights even after we can to use your services they violated my 4th Amendment right by not showing us to remove order the first time they took the children violating my 6th Amendment violated my 9th Amendment right by not allow me to cross-examine the people that were saying things about me and my wife they are legally stealing my people's children and legally I committed a crime unless you have money there's nothing you can do about it Ventura County courts the lawyers and the Department of Human Services are all are all corrupt paper Crow laws and they do not get punished
