HUMBLE ABODE's website BOASTS about their excellent customer service. You tell me??? Their website claimed they would answer my question back within their "average 9 minutes if during business hours". Their email said "within one hour if during business hours", yet despite the fact that I emailed them early in the morning, I didn't get a reply back until 10 hours later. Their customer service representative, Christhea, sent me an email with spelling errors, and far from being helpful. In fact, she simply did not answer my question. I even offered to purchase 2 sets of the items in question, for a total of $480. Their free shipping offer was for $500, but I asked them if they would consider offering me free shipping anyway, just to make me happy and that I would be a repeat customer, but that I did not want to have to purchase anything else. Sure enough, she wrote back suggesting that I look at their accessories and make an additional purchase. You know what makes me laugh? Here is what she wrote in her email: "When considering from buying from another company we always recomend that customer consider the other company's reputation, service quality, and how long they have been in business." Hahaha ... company's reputation and service quality ... Yup, she was right. Thanks for the heads up, Christhea. HUMBLE ABODE's reputation and service quality ... are far from being excellent. Bottom line .... I found another site that was willing to beat their lowest price by 25% so I ultimately went with them instead. They were willing to take a $63.80 loss on this set just to make me happy. THEY will get my business from now on!! Good luck HUMBLE ABODE .... I think you should really stop boasting about your excellent customer service ... because it is FAR from being so!!
